Police said a 15-year-old Chicago girl was apparently sexually assaulted by a handful of men or boys. The horrendous incident was recorded and broadcast on Facebook Live to the horror of the girl's family members.

Police said that the video attracted nearly 40 people and none of them -- not a one -- contacted authorities. 

Police are looking for the suspects in the case, which has stunned the city used to brazen homicides and gangland killings.
