Our Angel, Tynesia Cephas lost her life Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in result of gun violence. We only got to enjoy our angel for sixteen years.  Before multiple stray bullets ended her life, she was an honors student at Newark High School. Our Angel lost her life before it begun, we will not be able to prepare her for prom, graduation, she will not attend college with the rest of her fellow classmates due to the city's gun violence. She had a beautiful smile, and a personality out of this world that would brighten up any room. We are asking for donations to give our angel a funeral. Even if you can only afford to donate a $1.00, anything will help. We just want to burry our Angel. Without your help a funeral may not be possible. Dontate for Neish, as she would for you.  Our goal is $10,000, we are hoping to have the service by, Wednesday, May 10th. Again anything will help and we are extremely thankful in advance for everyone that helps our family during this tragic time.

Anyone with information should call Detective McKenzie Kirlin at (302) 576-3653. Tips may also be provided to Delaware Crime Stoppers Tipline at (800) TIP-3333.
