Chelsea Hill: 14-year-old killed in hit-and-run in Cleveland

Chelsea Hill, 14, was killed in a hit-and-run on May 25, 2015 in Cleveland, Ohio.

 The family of a Cleveland teenager is still searching for answers a year after her hit-and-run death.

Chelsea Hill died from injuries sustained when a driver slammed into her in the early morning hours of Memorial Day, May 25, 2015 in Cleveland, Ohio.

The teen was hit at the corner of Carnegie Avenue and East 40th Street just before 1 a.m.

"Nobody should have to go through this with their child," Annette Hill, the girl's mother, told Fox 8 in Cleveland.

The girl's family is pleading with the motorist to do the right thing.

"Turn yourself in. Get peace with your own self, because I know this got to be eating at them, or they are heartless," Melissa Hill-Nance, Chelsea's aunt, told the TV station.
