Krystal Tucker, 31, Shot Dead Outside Lounge In Milwaukee
Crystal Tucker, 31, died in a triple shooting at a lounge in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on February 10, 2022. Police continue to investigate the shootings.
Krystal Tucker of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was a socialite and aspiring media personality who was well known across the city.
Tucker was a co-host for the "Real Bar Talk" podcast before starting a spinoff show with her best friend. Her podcast family says she was a voice of laughter.
But more than that, the 31-year-old was a great person, according to those who knew her.
"She had a beautiful spirit. She was extremely funny, beautiful smile," said Jona Moore, general manager of the Brownstone Social Lounge in Milwaukee.
Tucker was the executive assistant and a server at the Brownstone Social Lounge, where she was shot to death when a gunman opened fire at the door. Two 23-year-old men were also injured in the shooting, which happened Thursday night, Feb. 10, 2022.
"There's definitely going to be a long road ahead of healing and understanding, but we are strong and we are going to get through it together," Moore said.
"We work really hard to make sure our customers have a safe place to go to and be in an environment where they feel welcomed," Jona Moore told CBS58.
Police are currently investigating the shooting and are looking through surveillance footage for more clues. Anyone with information is urged to call the police.
According to the Brownstone Social Lounge’s Facebook page, the shooting began when the gunman was not allowed inside the establishment.

While celebrating Black History Month, Brownstone Social Lounge is yet another victim to the growing violence happening in Milwaukee, and now apparently spreading to the downtown area.
The Brownstone Social Lounge, which prides itself on being a safe haven for black professionals, and restricts it's access to young people under the age of twenty-seven to avoid the far too often unpredictable violence associated with that demographic; fell prey to a shooter who was denied access. The shooter left three employees injured in the wake of being rejected from entrance, and now the Brownstone staff is left to pray for the swift recovery of their colleagues. Thankfully, because of the tight relationship the Brownstone has with the Milwaukee Police Department, they are working feverishly with their security surveillance to apprehend the suspect.
