Princess Wolfe: Pregnant Mom Shot, Unborn Baby Killed Outside Atlanta
Princess Wolfe was sleeping in her apartment on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, in Lovejoy, Georgia, about 20 minutes outside Atlanta, when bullets were fired into her residence.
Princess Wolfe was just days from giving birth. She already had the baby’s name picked out: Corey.
On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, Wolfe was sleeping in her apartment in Lovejoy, Georgia, about 20 minutes outside Atlanta, when bullets were fired into her residence.
Laying beside Wolfe was her 8-year-old daughter, who was injured. As for Wolfe, she was shot twice in the stomach.
When she was rushed to the hospital, the gunshot victim learned that the bullet had damaged her uterus, intestines and liver, according to her aunt, Stephanie McGruder, who spoke to local media.
Due to Wolfe’s severe injuries, her unborn baby did not survive.
In a viral video filmed from her hospital bed, Wolfe, visibly weak and upset, pleaded for justice. “All I want is justice for my unborn child,” she said. “I’m a victim of a gunshot wound to my daughter and myself.”
Lovejoy police have revealed that they do not think the shooting was random, but they have not released any more information. Clayton County authorities say it seems that the victim was targeted.
Lovejoy police are still investigating the incident and are asking the public to contact them if you have any information on the murderer.
