Sabrina Carson: Atlanta-Area Woman Found Shot To Death Inside Vehicle
Sabrina Carson was born and raised in Michigan, but relocated to the Atlanta area about 20 years ago, according to her family, who spoke to local media.
She was a naturally kind person who would give you her last, a family member told an Atlanta TV station.
About 7:30 a.m. on Friday, May 24, 2024, officers responding to a crash on Stonecrest Parkway in DeKalb County found Carson dead inside a vehicle. They say the car careened into a light pole and came to a stop.
Carson’s family is devastated and say they know the person responsible.
"He lived with her. He was seen leaving with her this morning," Brian Johnson, the victim’s nephew, told local TV station 11Alive. "And I have someone that saw the whole thing happen. And they also identified him."
There is no word on a suspect at this time. DeKalb County detectives are investigating the incident.
"I love Sabrina. That's my heart. I have five kids that I don't know how I'm going to break the news to them," said Brian Johnson, who told 11Alive Carson was his aunt.
