Police say Joyce Quaweay, 24, was stripped naked, handcuffed and beaten to death by her boyfriend and his friend in their Germantown home in Philadelphia.

Dee Whigham, 25, was found stabbed to death in a Mississippi motel room. A Navy sailor has been charged in the slaying.
