Tiffany Woods: Indiana Woman Fatally Shot; Ex-Husband Wanted

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on that Friday, officers responded to a shooting at a residential intersection in Hammond, Indiana. Upon arrival, they found Woods, who had been shot multiple times. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators believe the incident may have been domestic in nature, with witnesses reporting that a man pursued and shot the victim.
Hammond Police are actively searching for 39-year-old Allen Oscar Woods, who is facing charges in connection to the homicide. They believe the shooting was domestic-related and that the suspect fled the scene after the attack. His last known location was in Chicago.
While the victim’s age has not been released, her name has been confirmed as Tiffany Woods. Hammond Police Chief William Short assured the public in a statement, "We are committed to ensuring justice is served in this case. Our officers and detectives have worked diligently to gather evidence and secure the necessary charges."
