Kayviaun Nelson, 21, was shot dead Wednesday, April 18, 2018 in broad daylight after she pulled into a Walmart parking lot. No arrests have been made.

Atlanta-area authorities are looking for the killer of 14-year-old Shykia Ward. She was found stabbed to death outside some Decatur apartments Sunday, March 25, 2018, where she lived. A suspect, identified as Royce Steward, was arrested Monday, March 26.

Kenyatta Barron, 33, was killed Sunday, March 18, 2018 after authorities said her lover killed her and their daughter in their Florida home. Ron O'Neal, 29, has been charged with murder.

Latania Janell Carwell disappeared just shy of her 16th birthday on April 7, 2017. Her body was found recently on the property of a vacant home in Augusta, Georgia. Her mother and stepfather are facing charges in her death.

Jasmine Dunbar, 21, was planning to meet up with her boyfriend to get him to take a paternity test. The  young mother was beaten, set on fire and killed, authorities say. Her boyfriend has been arrested, but denies killing her.

Cynthia Dimas Molina, 40, was reported missing last month. Her body was found February 24, 2018 in the Atascosa River in Texas. She was a mother of three.

Shanequa Sullivan, 23, of Forest Park, Georgia, was reported missing on February 4, 2018. Her body was found in early March in a river 40 miles away. Police are still investigating the case.

Ashley Oatis, 25, was gunned down Wednesday, February 14, 2018 after assailants shot up a house in Jefferson Davis County, Mississippi. One person is in custody, the sheriff says.

Katrina Banks, 31, and her 15-year-old son Kevin Robinson were shot and killed late Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018 when authorities say the woman's fiance, Dornubari Dugbor, opened fire on them in their Missouri home. During the incident, he reportedly told his startled 4-year-old daughter to go back to sleep.

Keiauna Davis, 27, died Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018 after she was gunned down for her tax return, police say. Three people have been arrested in the Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania mother's slaying.

Korryn Gaines, 23, was shot and killed by Baltimore police on  Monday, August 1, 2016 inside her Maryland home. Her 5-year-son was also shot. In February 2018, her family was awarded #37 million in a controversial verdict.

LeJill Lewis, 49, was shot to death Wednesday, February 7, 2018 in Mississippi. Fifty-one-year-old J.C. James Jr. has been charged with first-degree murder.

The boyfriend of Lanecia Nelson, 24, of Atlanta was found near a wooded trail in the city after her family reported her missing Tuesday, February 13, 2018. Her boyfriend traced her whereabouts by using the "Find My Friends" app on his iPhone.

Kiesha Price, 30, was sitting inside the passenger seat of a BMW outside a Valero gas station about 11:30 p.m. on February 5, 2018, when two young men rode up on bicycles and tried to carjack her. She was shot dead during a struggle. Two suspects have been arrested.

A GoFundMe account created in her behalf has garnered more than $2,400 of a $15,000 goal. It reads:
