Hazel Reese, affectionately known as “Nene,” was shot and killed on Saturday, December 24, 2022 at a Brookhaven, Georgia motel. She was killed one day before her birthday.

Tracie Golden, 53, was fatally shot on Detroit’s west side about 10:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022. Local police said that the gunman shot Golden in her midsection and stole her car as well as other valuables.

Mya Kelly, 23, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, was shot to death on Saturday, December 25, 2022 in a home. Police are still investigating.

The body of Denise Middleton, 26, was found inside a Silver Spring, Maryland apartment on December 8, 2022. She had been shot “many, many times,” according to law enforcement.

Courtney Owens, 34, was shot to death on the afternoon of Friday, December 9, 2022 at Royal Court Motors in Snellville, Georgia, where she worked.

Jadee Turner, 32, of Houston, Texas, was fatally shot in the head about 2:15 a.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2022, by her ex-boyfriend, who then turned the gun on himself.

Fresno police said that N-Kya Rebecca Logan, 26, was stabbed to death and set on fire by her brother. Logan was eight months pregnant.

Khalilah Brister, 25, and Tyrielle Jefferson, 7, were found dead on Thursday, December 8, 2022, in a vehicle submerged in Milwaukee's Northridge Lake. 

Yolanda Dillion, 54, of Marrero, Louisiana, was stabbed to death on Thursday, December 7, 2022, after giving a ride to a man through the Uber app.

Around 11 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022, Laila Harris, 15, was shot and killed when someone opened fire at a high school birthday party in Clayton County, Georgia.

The bodies of Destiny Wiggins, 24, a mother of four, and Devone Brown, 28, were found in a car on December 1, 2022. Two children of Wiggins were also found unharmed in the back seat. Police have made an arrest.

The body of Keniqua King, 28, was found in a field in Rosharon, Texas, on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. Her boyfriend lost his life in a car crash the day before, Police are investigating.

The body of Adrianna Kiri Taylor, 23, of Cleveland, Ohio, was found on Thursday, November 24, 2022 in the backyard of a home in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, according to police. She had been shot.

Ahylea Willard, 23 was fatally shot on Sunday, October 23, 2022, at a Charlotte apartment complex on Snow Lane, according to Charlotte-Mecklenberg Police. An arrest has been made.

Eleni Kassa, 31, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, vanished on November 17, 2022 after she failed to pick her daughter up from school. Her body was found in the back of a car driven by her girlfriend on Sunday, November 27, 2022.

On Monday, November 21, 2022, a passenger Lauren Allen, 31, was dropping off got into a "domestic dispute" with another man, who opened fire on the car, according to police. Allen was shot dead.

Denisha Montgomery Smith, 27, was found unresponsive in her Army barracks on August 9, 2022 in Germany, where she was stationed. Three weeks earlier, she told her family she was assaulted after a night out with squad members.

Keshy’ra Robinson, 20, was shot to death on Sunday, November 13, 2022, in Toledo, Ohio. Her body was found about 3 a.m. by responding officers, who rushed her to a nearby hospital, where she died. There are no suspects at this time.

Shanquella Robinson, 25, agreed to accompany a group of friends to Cabo, Mexico to celebrate one of their birthdays. She was later found dead. An autopsy showed she had been beaten and her spine cracked.

Zaria Rashun McKeever, 23, was in her Brooklyn Park, Minnesota apartment with her new boyfriend early Tuesday, November 8, 2022, when she was fatally shot by home invaders. Police have arrested her ex-boyfriend.
